Right now, MySwimSet is free with no credit card required. When paid plans launch, the Coach plan is $19/month ($149/year) and the Team plan is $49/month ($399/year). Coaches who join now lock in founding-coach rates.
Is there a free trial?
Better: the whole app is free right now for founding coaches. You get full access to build, print, and analyze practices with no card and no time-boxed trial.
What is the difference between Coach and Team?
Coach is the complete product for one coach: unlimited workouts and printing, roster and attendance, per-swimmer season reports with family sharing, and season analytics. Team is the same product for a staff of up to five, adding a shared practice library, per-coach edit history, and program-wide analytics across your groups.
Do you charge per swimmer?
No. MySwimSet is priced per coaching staff, not per athlete, so your roster can grow without changing your bill.
Can I run more than one program (a high-school team and a summer club)?
Yes. Each program is its own space, with its own roster, season, and analytics, and you switch between them from one login. Once paid plans launch, additional programs are $5/month each. You can turn an extra program off anytime (its data stays, read-only, and flips back on whenever you need it) as long as you keep at least one program active. Perfect for a coach whose summer club only runs a few months a year.
